This morning I weighted myself like I always do (but I only record it on Sundays). But I noticed that my bodyfat percentage is down to 25%. When I started I am pretty sure is was close to 30%. I was so excited, so now I am only moderately fat per my BMI---I was in the high category for way too long. This might be a weekend to take up date pictures!!
