@Noopur Dabi tips - 1. Cut sugar and oily foods from your diet and eat everything you like in moderation. 2. workout regularly and you can take 1 rest day a week too or as many as you need. Try different types of workouts like cardio , HIIT weight lifting , aerobics or power yoga. 3. if u are trying to lose weight fast don't do those intermittent fasting or omad diets! bcz the moment u stop those diets u will gain the lost weight in no time. So work hard even if it takes time. 4. If u are a beginner then u will lose weight very fast by just doing workout and eating a little healthier. 5. Stay hydrated!! drink a lot of water.

Thank u Diya...... I wanna a ask one more thing that my RDI recommends 2200 calories a day but I hardly intake 1100, also through workout I'm able to burn 100 calories a day(approx) and I walk 5000-6000 a day and do some household work even so is this a right way fo me to loose weight?

@nupur ...dear sister/didi ... don't cut this much calories.... otherwise all your muscle mass will go away and your metabolism will fall tremendously....and day by day your immunity will also go down due to very low vitamin...and soon you will suffer from vitamin deficiency...and many more health problems...200 calories cut down from your RDI...+ workout...will be enough.... changing body composition takes time...have some patience and consistent...take care...byeeee🤝...gyan period is over now🤣🤣🤣

mera 10 kg weight lose ho chuka hai muze or 10 kg weight lose karna hai...but age ka 10 kg thoda slowly kam ho raha hai...jaldi kam karne key liye mai kya kar sakti hu

@Medjoy thx for the gyaan period 😅 But agar m thoda bhi zyada intake krti hu toh muje boht heavy feel hota h aur boht ajeeb sa lgta h but there's a little fact that I'm quite lazy for exercising as I've not exercised since last w days as yesterday I didn't had tym and I was sick even and Today I've not recovered so what should I do now thoda iska bhi gyaan de do yrrr.....

what joy said is true. But Noopur your case is just same as me I can't eat more than 1300 cal , maximum 1400 - 1500 calories. If i push myself to eat more I feel so heavy. But it never actually made any problem for me. I still suggest you to try eating frequently but small quantities, like eat something between 2 hours. It can gradually increase your calorie intake. And dear trust me I was literally you , i was so lazy ( still am lazy ) You have to workout , if not regularly atleast do 3 to 4 times a week. Eventually u will fall in love with working out 😌. And then if u don't workout for a day u will feel guilty.
