how? if you don't mind me asking. Just looking for advice, what exercises and eating routines did you follow and what's something outside of workouts and diets did you do to help you achieved the drastic loss? and congratulations on working hard!

Diet and walking for 45 min daily No extra exercise.

I use virgin coconut oil / Pure mustered oil for cooking. 1 spoon desi ghee in lunch and dinner Ate more vegitables (didn't fry deep) Reduced quantity of rice For few days i ate 2 whole wheat roti + vegitables + salad then i started eating 2 jowar+bajra roti(chapati) + vegitables + salad. See my profile. what i eat Sleep 7 to 8 hours.

Now i take mix veg ,or masoor dal + vegitables , or vegitables+ 2 spoon oats for dinner

no sugar no jaggery no potato no fast food

8am - 2 fruits 9am -. breakfast 1pm. lunch 5 pm. 1 besan chila / salad / sprouts 8pm. dinner
