Wow!! Crazy how much you need and to keep up that is a lot of trips to the grocery store. I hate it when I am queasy for workouts. Last night was my first workout since vacation and being sick again that it felt great. My rib is finally healed and my lat pull downs felt great. I love it when a workout feels that way!

Your doctor would probably frame this pic for their examination room. Sounds like your body & brain are requesting a rest week. I hear Cancun, St. Lucia, and Honolulu are all physician-approved for the month of March.

I'm pretty anal about tracking everything and optimizing everything including water I drink a gallon a day and I I'm very conscious of my electrolytes I have 2 electrolyte mix packets a day plus I use tons of hot sauce and started adding salt to things but it looks like my increased activity put me in. a bit of an electrolyte imbalance!! 10 minutes after eating a few of those pickles and I felt like a different person ... crazy stuff...

Do you have an option of moving that money, quickly, into your IRA through HR if it throws you into another tax bracket? Better to see it at age 65 rather than not at all. I felt blessed I could call HR last minute to sweep it all over into a protected account. I knew exactly at what point I would take home zero on a big overtime paycheck. Sucked then but is sure nice to have it on this end.

I hope you can get some rest soon. It sounds like you could easily get sick with all of this work.

That's a great haul! Hope you get a break soon! I worked a lot of overtime for 3 months straight and it was rough! 60 hours a week is too much to do long term!

My oldest daughter had medical issues when she was little and I once worked 16 hours a day, seven days a week for a year. I took her to work with me and she slept in either an empty jail cell if they had one or in a bed in ICU or wherever I could find an empty bed. But thank goodness for the OT. Kept the medical bills paid.

I drink a lot of water too and to help with my electrolytes I take a pinch (around 1/4 to 1/2 tspn) of Celtic course sea salt every morning. It’s different than table salt and has a bunch of trace minerals in there too. I also use the electrolyte packs when I sweat a lot, but I’ve been loving the addition of the Celtic sea salt. Amazon has it.

Kenna Mortoni think it takes a Pay period before it takes effect. I put 15 % in now plus 4% from the company and put in the max 5000 pre tax dependent care plus , some to fsa so I have a a pretty decent chunk coming out pretax on a regular basis.
