Today hasn't been too bad. 3 house cleans first Carol and Nick, the 2nd a nice old woman we have been before another cup of tea. 3rd a new customer to Maria and I big house busy day. missed swimming, but went to the gym for one hour . Then home. Watching Emmerdale and Coranation Street. I found my exercises and work all good for exercises, but I'm still eating far too much. I don't know how to greive for Jim, with out food. How does one stop eating too much? Can anyone who might have been in the same boat please give me tips on how to change this? As I am now a stone over weight. Dear Mel … you are breath of fresh air ! ….I love your posts. Be kind to yourself and see how far you’ve come . Grief is a terrible thing after my mum died I ballooned to over 14 stone .. I’m now back on track and almost at my goal weight of 10.3 .What did help me is eating twice a day and skipping breakfast 😫😀. I do have carbs but definitely eat more protein rich foods now .. take care x
