The most awesome thing just happened! 3 people from another department stopped me as I walked by them headed to my office and asked me- "hey arent you the girl who walks and does the stairs at 4am every day?" FUNNY cus its 4:10am and Im running late with my paper work tonight and havnt gone for my break/walk yet...but YES THATS ME- So OFF I go!

Good for you - stairs are excellent. Other people notice when you are doing good things for yourself - bank every single positive statement and remember them when you encounter tough moments or need that little extra bit of motivation. You go with those stairs girl!
