started running again... its working! I've been 100% honest tracking with my diet. staying on track equals 10bls down in 20 days...and 20 to go. I can do this by summer. next Cuba trip in April and I will be comfortable in my skin. 12 weeks that's 1.6 lb a week. completely doable.
