Well I was laying in bed feeling lazy and knowing this was an off day (finally) and i should be raring to go lol. And did NOT feel like getting out in the slightly damp cool weather with my umbrella and walking. But then i remembered feeling this exact same way the other day and walking anyway. I also remembered how great it made me feel afterwards. Walking makes me feel good physically but also, mentally. And the prospect feeling good mentally is what got me up and moving. So, out i went and 40 minutes later Im back and feeling good. And so glad i went! Gonna clean the house and have a great off day. My sister is coming over for a visit so good times ahead!
