Yesterday I had fun but totally overate my calorie budget. I had a full day at work and then moved some of my belongings into my new master suite. I cleaned out my fridge and made a nut-and-yogurt-mousse pie which I brought to book club.
Ate too much and drank too much - Riesling is so tasty though! I know people who have thyroid problems so I always hope that I have them too but so far "no go" - I am very healthy!
Lately I have been feeling down. My dad died last year and we are still working on settling his estate and taxes and such. So much paperwork! Then my good friend's son died, and she was helping me with my house, but now she really is in no condition to help me, she is barely holding on. And looking around my house, I am sick of a lot of the stuff I collected. So I have been working on this slowly, cleaning out junk.
My daughters graduated together last fall - finally! One started college is 2008 and now they are both done. Yay! but that means they have gone off and live away from home now. So I am empty-nesting finally for real.
I will get on track I know cuz I am back!
