I'm off to the lab this morning to get extensive blood testing. I went to an integrative medicine doctor for some guidance. He ordered lots of blood tests - and my insurance is paying for it! I'm eager to see what can be learned.

Well, they took 6 vials of blood, so I do hope that it provides some insight. I've been eating ketogenic, so it will be interesting to see how this is affecting my cholesterol, insulin, hormones, etc. Since I'm post-menopausal, we're looking at estrogen, testosterone and thyroid levels to see if there's any help to be had with weight loss and sleep (both are challenging for me!).
