Picking Saturday morning to weigh myself, because I am making myself crazy weighing every day.
Good on the food for a couple of days - going to set up my meal plan for the week. My trainer is going to Haymarket to pick up fruit for all of us - that's an area in Boston where there is a wholesale market for fruits, veggies, and meats. He's basically able to connect with people there and get things like a box with the 2-pound bagged grapes for $10.
