Feeling bloated- my rings and shoes are tight, theres some serious water retention happening today. Wierd, I drank a lot of water yesterday... wonder whats up

Think im gonna drop my RDI again...getting close to my GOAL!

Bacon, ribs, feta...argh salt is a bastard back on track today!

So true! So many people dont' realize just how damaging salt can be!! Eating 3000mg plus a day, will so slow down and prevent weight loss. And then you doing so well with your water... salt just grabs all the water and hangs on to it!! lol.. Really proud of you girl and all that you have accomplished, races, trainer, almost to goal! You're an inspiration... keep shining!

How awesome it is that you are still getting closer to goal. I'm so excited for you, Sarah! :) Don't worry TOO much about salt. It's a weight gain, sure, but it's not a fat gain. It'll come off again without you having to work too hard for it.
