I am soo happy that i finally got under 200lbs, it was sooo hard and now i know that just because i am, i have to contd to do what i've been doing and not celebrate it by indulging on unnecessary food and drinks.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
