Thank you to everyone for your support! Struggling to lose the last 7.8lbs but still NOT willing to give up I will drop that last little bit....baby steps til it happens I'm sure. Increased my protein levels and being way more mindful about my carb in take. Each day I do 2 30 minute workouts on top of a 2 hr walks somedays way more then 2 hrs tho. Let's all conquer our goals for a healthier and happier versions of ourselves that we can be!!!
