...new bio since I've been off line for almost two years....
I'm at my heaviest weight 272 lbs. At the moment I have no health issues and I want to keep it that way. The last few year have been busy/stressful, and life has finally settled down. BUT I learned through all of it is that I need to control my eating in the good times and the bad. I need to keep up with exercise routine too. I'm glad to be back on this site.
