Y'all thanks for the advice!!!! it's working. Ill focus on abs and gaining muscles. ill also try to increase my metabolism. thanks sooo much! P.S i accidentally deleted the prev post.Im sorry but seriously thanks soo much.

Did I gain weight after losing weight from being sick? yes!!!! and i am happy. I will make sure to maintain my health from now and not do harsh dieting to lose weight :)
