I got some of my shrubs trimmed. 4 years of extra growth. Here is my new treat! Plain yogurt with sugar free jello! Yummm! ...and good night!

It's empty the freezer month. I'm out of eggs to go with my Ham. Today, it's Ham, Parm and sour cream.

Whoohoo. 120.5 lbs, 54.65 kg. My line is blue again. Whoohoo. On my old scale it says 119.5 :-) I wasn't sure I was going to get here! Mind over matter! A few discouraging weeks happen, and we must keep going. Today, I am going to try to finish up some yard work. Trim bushes, fix the mower (maybe), etc etc etc. I'm going to get to my goal by my birthday mid-June come hell or high water!!!!!!!!!!! Let's do this! I think today is Ham and a burger day again. Getting rid of freezer food! These at some of the clothes I got from the outlet store. The pink 💗 dress fits now but i think I'm too old for it. I wore it when I was 33 🤣💗💗💗💗

No loss this month yet due to one imperfect day. No FAIR! LOL. At least I haven't gained. Hopefully, I'll get a drop soon. Salmon, beef, parm, tomato, sour cream. I was hungry early today. Have a great day!
