Hungry pangs & diet! - Dieting doesn't mean starving yourself,it just means changing your food from inhealthy to healthy.Have 4-5 small meals a day if you get hungry more often.You can give in to your cravings once in a while(A day in a week)No biggie!!

My fiber intake of the day! When you go for a high protein, low carb diet be sure to have atleast 12g of fiber per day! This will reduce the risk of Irritable bowel syndrome which is usually caused because of such diets as the digestion slows down.

My chart! If you want to try this,take 2 eggs instead of 3 for the breakfast & lunch.That makes 4 eggs..i feel 6 eggs will overheat the body..4 will do just fine & yes there is no substitute for egg,as the diet is a egg diet plan.Share your diet chart now!

My 900 calorie egg diet plan. For those who wanted to know the plan! You can follow the diet for 10 days and you will see the difference.The weight loss though depends on the body type and how the body reacts to the diet. You can take 4 eggs instead of 6.
