Still at 63.1

Can do a 45 second plank now .

Fixed the elliptical machine and am doing 30-45 mins on it.

Yeah, missed out on yoga couple of times. But hopefully I will get back on track :)

Diet is still constant except for a few cheat meals XD

Started planks, pushup and yoga. The elliptical cycle broke down yesterday so need to do something else for cardio. Weight stays constant and so does my diet. Fingers crossed !!🤞🤞
