Still the same, which is good. I would like to get down to 140, but that may not be possible. I will try to keep my attention on building muscle, but it's hard to ignore the scale.

I have been maintaining well. my Mantra going forward is: "I lift weights not to be great in the gym, I lift weights to be great at Life! " I just bought a Renpho body composition scale and I am going to concentrate more on muscle gain rather than weight loss. I also started on creatine monohydrate, 5 grams per day for life! I will age with strength not fraility.

upped my calories today. Mostly increased protein and fat. I am going to fast for at leaat 20 hours starting now! I am trying different things to shake up my metabolism. I feel like I have been stuck lately.
