Yesterday I wasnt at my best with self control. Up 800 grams this morning. I knew the scale would remind me of all the lavash I ate. I havent been out for my walks since a least Friday. Still, a 3kg/6.6 lbs weight loss in 2 weeks is still great in my opinion. The mother cat and her kittens are still with me so I wanted to stay close and keep an eye on them and now the summer heat has started and that keeps me home more. A friend sent me a link to a walking video to do at home. Its cardio. More aerobic that walking though. I found their channel on You Tube so I'll start using that on Monday. Seems promising.
