last night I made braised short ribs. I used an easy recipe from The Stay At Home Chef. For the amount I made & the fact they were boneless, 2 1/2 hours was way too long! They still had nice flavor, just a little on the cremated side. Leftovers for lunch!

When I have accidentally burned something I tell my husband that I am treating his body as a temple and feeding him burnt offerings, LOL! Your meal still looks fabulous.
