tuesday's lunch. Keto vegetarian! Not that I am a vegetarian... but it is possible to not eat meat on Keto.

Liv001... its 2 cut persian cukes, one boiled egg, two string cheeses, and a serving of Flackers! I did have a little butter with the flackers.

String cheese. That was what that is. I thought it may be heart of palm. I sometimes make a salad with heart of palm and avocado and onion (onion is my favourite veg)
