Once a month, the cafeteria in the building next door makes Bibimbap. It's like a holiday, I mark my calendar & I set a reminder so I don't bring lunch. Anyway, since I am watching dem carbs they were super nice and put it over romaine lettuce instead of the 12 cups of rice they usually give you. (I went easy on the hot sauce because last night I ate two grilled serrano peppers and I am still not over them yet!) Happy Bibimbap day!
