My "cubicle gourmet" lunch today... ham & provolone wrap (shown pre-wrapped) and homemade Polish cucumber salad (Mizeria). I haven't made that salad in a really long time. It was a staple at cookouts growing up. Mostly because my parents grew cucumbers and we had find creative ways to eat them all! I have more for tomorrow, and I am looking forward to it!
