Lazy & accidental Sauerbratten. I used what I had in my fridge. Thankfully it wasn't ham or turkey! Sliced roast beef, Ginger beet kraut, mushroom gravy... looks huge but it's only 3 slices of deli beef!

yes. Sauer beet kraut. it's new to me.

I bought it from Imperfect Produce... I had never heard of it either! It tastes like regular kraut but looks like red cabbage haha. Its just the juice, I don;t think they make it with beets. The brand is Farmhouse Culture and its supposed to be probiotic. Which after the holidays we all need!
