두부와 계란에 우유도 커피에 타서 약간 먹었건만, 단백질 양은 20%가 안됩니다... 역시 고기를 먹어야 할까요? Even though tofu, an egg, and a small amount of milk are included, protein rate is still below 20%. Meat...?

여튼 설 연휴 전인 오늘 사무실 뷔페 점심이 있으니, 한 번 가득? 채워보려 합니다. 후후... Anyhow, I will be in office buffet lunch today before lunar new year. Let me fill up my dish(es) with protein guys... huhu...
