Hi Eva. This bread is wasa light rye which is thinner than whole grain (I eat two types in turn). 4g of Kalles for the thin, 8g for the thick. ⚖️ 👈😇

I forgot to mention today is my diet anniversary. Let say I began engineering my weight exactly 1 year ago, April 1st 2019. 🥳 500 kcal less everyday.
