how you made this moong daal chilla and how many calories are there in 1 chilla??

Hii dear. 1 mong dal thin chila medium size contain around 130 calories..if made with v min oil. It' really simple to make. Receipe is.. Take one boul mong dal , soak it in water over night (or min 5 hrs ) blend it smooth.. don't add too much water.. consistency can be like a idle batter. U can add ginger, green chilli, garlic also spinach to be more Nutrition dense. Add salt as per taste(add little salt only). N ur chilla batter is ready. Try using non stick pan. For less oil useage.
