If I did it, you can do it!
When start my journey 5 Nov 2019 I was 90kg. My extremely busy life style, and several disease (underactive thyroid+high blood pressure+wrist and knee arthritis+reflux acid) lead me to obesity.
obviously I can't starving myself or doing hard workout.
but with little success before one year I lose my overweight. despite my diseases still with me, I feel excellent.🤗
58.9 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
