because of exams stress and cheat meal but happy 😊
61.3 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Stay hydrated..keep a water bottle near by.... Eat atleast 50g of carbs per day.. 3 chapatis would do.... Eat more protein... Try taking sunbath atleast 15/20 min/day... STAY STRONG!!! You are gonna nail it dear......Believe in yourself... & the goal you are working for ♥️
