How to lose weight fast in 1 month??
please someone guide me.
60 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

do intermitting fasting and keto. there is plenty of tutorial on youtube.

do workouts (any..pilates,yoga,cardio etc) and healthy eating..you don't have to starve yourself..give out more calories than take in

Each kg of fat you want to lose is 7700 calories. You need to spend more than you're eating. Track what you're eating and your exercise on the app and make sure that calories consumed is less than what you have spent. If you eat 500 less calories than you burned everyday, you'll have burned 3500 extra by the end of the week so you'd lose 0.5kg. So the less you consume, the more you'll lose. Make sure to not storage yourself, this will only make you binge later.
