@medjoy whoever the fuck you are listen here I haven't even eaten any junk food from past 6 months because of my problem and they are REALLY my BFFs who are helping me to come out of my disorder

1st of all u yourself was publicly telling about your eating habit....me and other people telling you we are with you man... don't worry.....now you are posting a lots of junk food and telling us that your friends have come over you....so thinking that they come over you with all these junk food is very obvious.... moreover u r using slang language...really man... nothing to say....sorry to comment on yoir post...happy now?? Really good I really feel happy for you Your friends are really thoughtful Since you are recovering from eating disorder you need to stop labeling food as bad or good cuz food is food. It is ok to indulge with fast food as it will help you in recovery and stop you from feeling guilty. Don't listen to other comments as They don't know much about this disorder. BTW I am also going through eating disorder and I am trying to recover. Sometimes I end up binging but it is ok because 'MY BODY NEEDS IT'. And this shows my 1st progress in recovery.

and workout not to loose weight but to feel strong. it's useless if you feel weak or dizzy while doing working out. when I used to eat very Very verY VERY less, I used feel weak while working out and sometimes I had to force myself to workout. But now when I started eating normally and the way I want to , I feel so strong after working out and I always stay excited for my next workout. now I don't look for any motivation to workout and I realized that Food is my real motivation.
