@Jyothimaiyya well recipe is simple.. just grind together two amlas (Indian gooseberry) , curry leaves, basil leaves, half cup spinach and a small piece of ginger
Never be in a hurry to loose weight.. and never obsess too much abt it.. trust me I hv been there few years back.. you can loose weight weight by just maintaining a moderate calorie deficit and incorporating any form of physical activity you enjoy.. make sure you consume whole foods and control portion sizes and once you hit the plateau reverse dieting may work.. also prioritize protein in every meal
Don't obsess over the number on the scale and don't restrict too much..else you may land up developing an Ed ..which feels worse than being overweight
I m not against weight loss but give yourself sufficient time and don't be harsh to your body🙂

Hey zoya thanks a lot…i was 70 n reduced till 64 but gained back last year since break from activities.. i do walk, yoga overall 2 hours workout but scale doesnt vary.. hence looking at adding these juices n making diet changes
