today i worked out after like more than a month. The feeling after the workout is really something I can't explain. I find peace through working out 😌 i forget about all of my problems. My family members and even i started to notice that i became very short tempered and my anxieties were killing me . So my aunt forced me to do workout today . She said I know why you are behaving like this , i don't want you to become like you were before bcz you worked so hard to achieve this. So i pushed my body and did it! So if you are going through something like this too , tell yourself you can do ittt!! ❤️❤️

no doubt workout is the best thing to improve your over all mood and health it's the best thing for me tooo the best feeling when you lift the heaviest weight on the rack and still it feels light that means you unlocked 🔓 your God mode so far so best feeling no emoji and describe it!

I am new to this app and I think this app has some serious issue about measuring the calories of food, Yesterday i ate half kg Ghevar(North Indian sweet) and this app shows only 200 calories I think half kg Ghevar has more than 200 calories Can anyone tell his/her experience with the app I am not sure if I can trust this app to measure my daily maintenance calories ??

@ParikhYash18 I agree the calories this app shows is not absolutely correct . And sometimes you don't even find the food you are looking for.So don't completely believe it. Just use it to have an average idea, how many calories you are consuming.

Is it possible to skip rice as a Bengali family :( na chaileo jor Kore lunch a ektu holeo rice khetei hochhe ki Kora jay bolo na please
