Ah yes its my lower body and my arms which accumulate the fat. I had estrogen dominant body but a good diet and exercise fixed that. Also i am back from vacation and i let my self lose hence the weight. Usually i am 73ish aiming for 60ish

You must eat properly..don’t starve or fast cause it will make you lose your muscles. Don’t trust the weighing scale. Trust the measuring tape and callipers..your old clothes can be a good indication.
