I gained about 3 lbs over the weekend, so didn't record it. I was bad, celebrated 4 years of dating my soon to be husband. Then had an out of town visitor. So bananas foster & chips & salsa with margaritas were involved!
I have been doing a bone broth fast with "Fit Mind, Fit Body, Fit Keto" on Facebook. I was able to get rid of the cheat gain. It's been a test in discipline. So I have been avoiding looking at everyone's nummies! But still thinking of you guys.
Anyone else here on that facebook group doing the bone broth fast?
83.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
