The summer vacation was full of holidays, solicitations, trips and visits to relatives. That is why the weight increase was the best. But now the summer vacation has ended and the schools will start over the next week and I will come back to organize my life. No meals at late times. No sweets. No carbohydrates. I will fast the intermittent fast 16: 8 from the day until the end of the week
67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
