loving Keto!!!

hi Dainaros. keto means Ketogenic diets. the basic idea behind it is using that body uses ketosis as the process for generating energy rather than conventional metabolic processes. in ketosis body uses fat as preferred source of energy over carbs and proteins. There are many varients of keto diet but... basic idea of an Ketogenic diet is to consume macros as follows for a day- Fats 70% or more, Proteins around 20%, Carbs 10%or less. In state on ketosis the fat burning is at elevated rates and weight loss is achieved pretty quickly. There are lots of blogs and articles out there on keto diets you can refer that.
