I was 190 yesterday but didn't log it. Spent yesterday back on Keto, and came down a little... See if I can keep the momentum going until New Years Day. Having friends over for dinner tonight, so there will be lots of wine, but should be ok on the food, since I am cooking it. That being said, the same friends invited us over and made sure I had lots of keto options.
