was planning on salmon for dinner last night, but we went for a steak at our favorite local place. I only ate half of it, but steak always seems to make me gain a bit. But stuck with the low carb option of spinach for french fries.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice job. If it made you gain that would probably come off easily as you have your water. Some restaurants use sugar to caramelize their steaks. It is not a biggie.

We probably do a steak once a week, either grill it at home or go to a "steak night" I have been known in the past to eat the whole 12 oz!!! But now I usually just eat about half. We will see how tonight goes. :)

The best part of steak is NOT being able to eat the whole thing at one sitting. I'm having Eggs and leftover Steak for breakfast this morning! Can't wait!
