Congratulations. I try planned menus as well sometimes. I cook for non keto people so I have to make sure I plan it so I get my food while they get what they enjoy

That is my problem too, my husband doesn't do Keto, so, sometimes its easier to go out believe it or not! I stay keto, but i tend to over eat.

Gradually I make my family eat my Keto food though. I make chili with black soy beans, lots of salads, instead of potatoes etc, cauliflower dishes that they enjoy.

oh, I have tried to make keto stuff for the husband, but he won't eat cauliflower anything. For the most part, he will eat it if I make steak and asparagus, or pork with brussel sprouts, but any kind of heavy casserole or "hack" meals he doesn't enjoy. Plus usually after he eats the "healthy" meal I prepare, he drinks 4 cokes and eats a muffin anyway haha, so might as well make him a potato!

There is one cauliflower dish my family love. It is a bake. I cook the cauliflower party and divide it into smaller pieces. Put it in a greased baking dish and add a mixture of sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese over it. Once that has been in the oven a bit I add cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon pieces on top. I do not worry about people around me eating my kind of healthy. I just want to make it easier on me LOL. Yeah I often cook rice, potatoes and pasta for my family while I will eat the salad or stir fried veggie only

That cauliflower dish sounds like a loaded potato casserole I was going to try with cauliflower, that a friend made. I haven't tried it yet though. I can never have bacon leftover it seems haha. No I am not trying to get my guy to eat keto if he doesn't want to, but we have very different tastes in food as it is.

You can nuke a couple pieces of bacon for it easily if you have no left overs. My people also eat cauliflower if I do a keto cheese sauce. (anything with cheese it seems like LOL)

Cheese covers a multitude of sins (in this case, virtues!)
