I had great results for only day 2 of being back on track. That is encouraging. I'm currently on hour 16 of intermittent fasting. And I will break fast in an hour here because that is when it works best in my schedule. At that time I will have two egg muffins. Two of my egg muffins equate 1.5 eggs, lots of veggies, and together 2TBSP of cheese.
Then for snack I'll have 3 canned oysters in water (I need oysters to get my selenium which I'm deficient in).
Then for a late lunch I'll have left over borscht that I had last night for dinner.
I will have a small snack at Bible Study tonight, but I will keep it small if the person assigned brings something unhealthy. It is at my house so there is always the option of just having raw veggies instead. But as I said yesterday, part of my goal is to plan my weekly indulgences and Bible Study snack and my son's birthday cupcake this coming Sunday are my two indulgences this week.

Draglist, Thank you for the reminder. I usually grocery shop at Walmart and ours doesn't have Brazil nuts. I know that 1 nut a day gives you the daily recommended level so that would be my ideal food. However, Oysters also provide some other nutrients I need, so my long term plan is to find Brazil nuts in my home town and then rotate between 3 oysters a day and 1 Brazil nut to help me reach my nutritional requirements.
