I know its Monday, but I really didn't expect to be 3 lbs up from this weekend. We did eat out a lot, but we were also very active. When we eat out, I do tend to eat more, but I do keep it aligned with my macros. Starting a new challenge this week so maybe will help. But this weekend coming up we will be travelling. So more eating out!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Eating out is so tough! Guessing salt from food and potentially water retention from activity are culprits for the gain. Enjoy your travel!

You might be right, because while being active, I do not drink enough water when we are doing things. For fear of not having a restroom haha. Thanks Jen!

Now worries, Pixie! When weight goes up QUICKLY like that, it will come down JUST as quickly as soon as you get bck on track. It will actually make your Challenge results look that much MORE impressive!
