Well I new I wouldn't lose over the weekend, but I was hoping I wouldn't gain. I intermittently fasted until about noon on Saturday, ate some homemade parmesan and pine nut Keto chips, but wasn't feeling well and didn't eat dinner.

That had my hopeful that my son's birthday party wouldn't throw me off.

On Sunday I intermittently fasted through breakfast breaking my fast for coffee with half and half. Then I had made a homemade almond flour keto friendly pizza with ham, pear, arugula, and gorgonzola on it for lunch, but I only had a small piece. For dinner I had 1 bratwurst in a bun and 1/2 of my sons other bratwurst. I had ketchup on it. I had one potato chip and one Dorito chip. But I did have a piece of his chocolate cake.

I know yesterday wasn't that healthy, but I was surprised that overall this weekend I went up. I am still okay though because since last week I'm still down about 3 pounds and this is a good trend.

I'm back on track today and starting off with another intermittent fast. I'm at hour 16 right now and my lunch break will have me eating at 17.5 hours into the fast.

My only planned unhealthy eating this week is at a meeting I have on Thursday I go straight from work to a meeting that goes until 8pm and they always provide food, but it is alway pizza (at least they have water and not only soda). So that will be the cheat this week. As long as the trend goes down.

My mom has always been a good example of this. She has always been a size 6 or smaller and she eats basically the same thing every single day, but then has a few planned cheats every week and most of the time food is fuel and then she looks forward to her cheats. It has worked for her.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
