I need to get back into logging my meals. I had more success when I was. I still think about my meals and plan them I just haven't been logging them. Mostly because I'm somewhat embarrassed. For example I've had pizza two days in a row. Now to be fair I only had 1 piece and a salad without dressing for one meal and I had two pieces the next day for dinner and my lunches were salads with hard boiled ages, olive oil, cheese, and veggies. I have only been having theraflu for breakfast the last two days and having it several times throughout the day and I'm sure there is sugar in theraflu. Today was the first day I had more than a hard boiled egg for breakfast, I had 1.5 eggs scrambled in butter with bacon (1 piece), cheese, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. So I'm back to my keto type breakfasts and I packed a healthy salad with good fat through having brie and walnuts in it. I feel like I have been lucky that I still lost and that I haven't gained, but hey I didn't completely let myself go.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
