Coming down with something, sinus infection or cold. So maybe not as disciplined as I should be. I also feel I really need some honey for my throat. I may have to spend all my carbs on a teaspoon of honey!

I think that may be worth it. Just take care of it. I sometimes salt gargle for my throat. Hope you feel better soon.
