I had a filling lunch, so wasn't feeling very hungry at dinner. Plus sinus headache, so went to bed early. I think that is main factor for this loss. I will take it!
Good to see an amber line instead of red one next to my weight!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
