Pixie68's Journal, 14 Feb 19

No change from yesterday... which is odd, because I ate really light last night. But Ok, gearing up for a big shell fish fest romantic dinner at home tonight with the Hubs. Even though we haven't got any of the a fore mentioned fish in the house. We plan on going to the fish market after work together and planning our meal. It could work out good, If I don't go overboard on wine. Definitely not worried about Chocolate, because I got some SF Russel Stover chocolate in case the need should arise!
Happy Valentine's Day all!

I tend to see a 36-72 hour delay before what I eat today has a noticeable effect on me. Everyone's metabolic clock runs at a different rate. Logic tells me that the more physically fit you are the closer your "clock" runs at a 24 hour day.

Well, I am not exactly physically fit haha. So I will wait and see. But I do usually see a gain very quickly if i eat late or heavy the night before.
