Weight was the same as yesterday. I was doing real good until I decided to join my husband in some Pepperidge farm cookies. I had had a docs appointment earlier for some tests, and some other stuff we are trying to coordinate, turned into a pretty stressful afternoon. NO excuse, except those cookies tasted amazing and now I am over it, and ready to get back to NO SUGAR :D I'm sweet enough!

Over it is right!!!!! And back to it. I am all for finding a cookie recipe Debbie. I do not have any. I have made super simple pb cookies in the past.

I did order some fat snax cookies. They are made with almond flour, coconut oil, butter, stevia & erythrol, all the things that work for keto. They have that sort of licorice flavor aftertaste though. But I really like the chocolate chip ones. Think they are only on carb per cookie, and they are decent sized cookies. 8g fat, 2 g protien & 1 net carb.
